實驗室供氣系統技術要求
實驗(yan)室(shi)的很多設備的運行(xing)都(dou)需要(yao)各種各樣的氣(qi)體供應,同時也會產(chan)生廢氣(qi)。如何既(ji)安全(quan)又方便地(di)解決供排氣(qi)問題,這個系統要(yao)考慮到(dao)安全(quan)性、便利性、日常實驗(yan)室(shi)的管理、氣(qi)瓶的更換等問題,同時要(yao)重點(dian)考慮實驗(yan)室(shi)今后的發(fa)展,對于特殊氣(qi)體還(huan)要(yao)考慮特殊的技術解決方案。
1、氣瓶間(jian):
①氣(qi)瓶間(jian)應(ying)采用300mm厚實體墻,安裝防爆門,設置泄爆窗;
②室內電器(qi)設備均(jun)應具備防(fang)爆功能(neng);
③室內應(ying)安裝排氣扇,時(shi)刻保持良好的通風(feng)狀態;
2、供(gong)氣系統(tong)要(yao)求采用(yong)(yong)(yong)兩級(ji)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)方(fang)式進(jin)行(xing)供(gong)氣,供(gong)氣匯(hui)流排第一次減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),氣體由(you)15Mpa減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)到(dao)1.5Mpa以下,再輸送到(dao)各用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣實(shi)驗室,二(er)級(ji)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)各用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣實(shi)驗室或用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣點,方(fang)便統(tong)一控制通風(feng)柜或儀器(qi)(qi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣的(de)輸入壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),用(yong)(yong)(yong)氣終(zhong)端配(pei)有(you)中壓(ya)(ya)(ya)球閥和壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)指示表,二(er)級(ji)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)對(dui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)進(jin)行(xing)精確調整(zheng)(0.01Mpa),得到(dao)穩定(ding)的(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li),可以滿足儀器(qi)(qi)對(dui)不(bu)同使用(yong)(yong)(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)要(yao)求,一、二(er)級(ji)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)均配(pei)有(you)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表,可實(shi)時(shi)顯示當前壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li);
3、采(cai)用(yong)雙側匯流排(pai)半自動(dong)方式不間斷供氣,充分滿(man)足實驗室的(de)(de)使用(yong)要(yao)求,更(geng)換(huan)氣瓶(ping)時,可通過安裝在高壓軟管(guan)下面的(de)(de)卡套進(jin)行(xing)氣瓶(ping)更(geng)換(huan);
4、氫(qing)氣(qi)和乙炔屬于(yu)易(yi)燃氣(qi)體,應(ying)設計氣(qi)體泄露探測(ce)報(bao)警裝置,并(bing)安裝阻(zu)火(huo)器(qi),防止明火(huo)回流,易(yi)燃與助燃氣(qi)體敷設應(ying)保(bao)證足(zu)夠的安全距(ju)離。
5、管(guan)道、球閥、卡套和(he)三通(tong)等為316L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang),減壓器(qi)為高(gao)純氣(qi)(qi)體減壓器(qi)(不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)閥芯),高(gao)壓軟(ruan)管(guan)(連(lian)接鋼(gang)瓶和(he)匯流排)為不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)波紋管(guan),在高(gao)壓軟(ruan)管(guan)的(de)進氣(qi)(qi)端,配(pei)置單向閥,可以防止(zhi)更(geng)換鋼(gang)瓶時(shi),軟(ruan)管(guan)內的(de)氣(qi)(qi)體外(wai)泄,同時(shi)避免外(wai)界的(de)空氣(qi)(qi)混(hun)入氣(qi)(qi)路(lu)之中; 實驗室(shi)氣(qi)(qi)路(lu)系統(tong)
6、管(guan)(guan)(guan)道系(xi)統(tong):所有(you)的(de)氣體管(guan)(guan)(guan)道選用BA級別的(de)316L不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan),在管(guan)(guan)(guan)路上有(you)個過濾雜質和水分的(de)凈化裝置(zhi),使(shi)氣體在流(liu)通過程中不(bu)至(zhi)于被(bei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道系(xi)統(tong)污染,保證氣體的(de)純度,同時要有(you)明確(que)標示(shi),指示(shi)氣體的(de)流(liu)向;
7、管(guan)(guan)道的連(lian)(lian)接:匯流排、終(zhong)端部分采用卡套連(lian)(lian)接,便于減(jian)壓器和閥門的維護管(guan)(guan)理;
8、終端:在每(mei)臺儀器之前,配置(zhi)截止閥(fa)和二(er)級(ji)減壓器(每(mei)種氣(qi)體(ti)配置(zhi)一(yi)個(ge))。截止閥(fa)用(yong)于控制(zhi)每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)氣(qi)路的開(kai)啟與關閉;在儀器需要調整和維(wei)修時,能(neng)停止任何指定的儀器的氣(qi)體(ti)供(gong)應,減壓器用(yong)于顯示和調整終端的壓力。
9、氣(qi)體(ti)管(guan)路(lu)每間隔1.5m采用管(guan)碼支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)固(gu)定,并(bing)根據氣(qi)體(ti)管(guan)路(lu)彎曲的(de)直徑,設置合(he)適的(de)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)位置;
