通風管道安裝小竅門
1.通風(feng)管(guan)(guan)道,安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)前必須對產品(pin)進行認真(zhen)地檢查。驗明有(you)否(fou)合格證及(ji)產品(pin)說明書,以明確出廠時的定壓(ya)情(qing)況,查產品(pin)鉛(qian)封完(wan)好(hao)情(qing)況,查外觀(guan)有(you)無傷殘。對鉛(qian)封破壞,出廠定壓(ya)不(bu)符(fu)合工程(cheng)設計(ji)工作壓(ya)力要求的,均應重新(xin)進行強度及(ji)嚴(yan)密性試驗。這是為了安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中(zhong)和使(shi)(shi)用過程(cheng)中(zhong)的安(an)(an)全性,防止(zhi)通風(feng)管(guan)(guan)道安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)完(wan)畢發(fa)現不(bu)能使(shi)(shi)用的情(qing)況的發(fa)生。
2.通風管道,安(an)全(quan)閥的(de)(de)(de)(de)定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya):以水壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法,按工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)進行(xing)定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)時,對(dui)彈簧(huang)安(an)全(quan)閥應(ying)用螺(luo)絲(si)刀調(diao)整(zheng)彈簧(huang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)栓,對(dui)杠(gang)桿(gan)式安(an)全(quan)閥應(ying)使重(zhong)(zhong)錘(chui)在(zai)杠(gang)桿(gan)上(shang)微(wei)微(wei)滑(hua)動,直至(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)表準確地指示要求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)時,能開(kai)始泄放介質為止。定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)閥開(kai)啟(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)應(ying)為系統(tong)工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)加(jia)30kPa。定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)后,應(ying)在(zai)杠(gang)桿(gan)安(an)全(quan)閥的(de)(de)(de)(de)杠(gang)桿(gan)重(zhong)(zhong)錘(chui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩側(ce)標明定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)位置(zhi)(用紅油漆緊(jin)(jin)貼重(zhong)(zhong)錘(chui)劃線或用鋸條鑷出定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)位置(zhi)線)。
3.安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)時,當和設(she)備(bei)及管道的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)接為(wei)開孔焊接時,其開孔直徑應與安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa)公稱直徑相同。法(fa)蘭連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa),開孔后(hou)焊上一段(duan)長度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)120mm的(de)(de)(de)法(fa)蘭短管,以法(fa)蘭連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa),螺紋連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa),開孔后(hou)焊上一段(duan)長度不(bu)超(chao)過(guo)100mm的(de)(de)(de)外螺紋管,用螺紋連(lian)(lian)(lian)接的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)安(an)(an)全閥(fa)(fa)。這之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)尺寸嚴格要(yao)求,不(bu)能粗枝(zhi)大葉(xie),使得(de)通風管道壽命降低。
